Careers & opportunities

Build capability with Ubunifu.

Current roles are published only after internal approval. Applying creates a candidate record; it does not create an employment, internship or contractor relationship. The same identity continues if a candidate later changes engagement type.

Open roles

Apply to a specific published opportunity.

Every application requires First Name and Last Name / Surname; Middle / Family Name is optional. Ubunifu records the application, review stages and applicant feedback without creating duplicate identities.

No current public vacancy is recorded.

You can still follow Ubunifu channels or use Contact for a general careers/volunteering enquiry. General enquiries are not treated as applications to an unpublished role.

What happens after applying?

You receive an application reference. The normal operational update target is within 14 days while an application remains active, unless the vacancy states a different timetable.

What feedback can you receive?

Acknowledgement, screening outcome, assessment/interview invitation, request for more information, hold/talent-pool update, offer or final decision feedback.

Identity continuity

An intern or independent contractor who later becomes an employee keeps the same UIMS person/candidate identity. A new engagement record records the change; the person is not re-created.
